Ankle Mobility and Swimming: Part I

Visit the Swimming Science blog for my recent post on ankle mobility and swimming.  This post is the first in what will be a multipart series on the ankle.  The ankle is one of the least understood joints in the body in swimming, but is vitally important.

Thanks to Dr. G. John Mullen for inviting me to contribute.  Look for more frequent contributions to Dr. Mullen's site in the coming weeks and months.

Also, note that Dr. Mullen has opened his own facility in Santa Clara, California: the Center of Optimal Restoration.  Give his site a look, Like it on Facebook and be sure to visit if you are a swimmer (or an athlete of any type) in the Bay Area.
