Duration Specific Resistance Training for Swimmers: Part I, Sprints

We begin a new mini-series this week at Swimming Science focusing on duration specific resistance training.  In this week's entry, we explore the literature on resistance training for swimmers and apply these concepts to the sprinting events.  Please go HERE for the complete post.  Next week we'll expand on the basic concepts and move into middle distance training.
